So somebody, please explain to me why people turn up at meetings in that exact same situationā¦
because they do.
Millions of meetingsā¦ no plans.
Meetings are generally non-productive means of hiding a lack of ability to make things happen, a lack of skill.
Itās like canceling a meeting will make you more productive.
Even companies are recognizing the stranglehold meetings have on the business and giving people the option to not attend.
āYou get more doneā, thatās the definition of a canceled meeting; freedom to actually do stuff.
There is no concept of using tools and techniques to help teams cooperate, create and innovate; and no, I am not talking about agile and scrum methodology, because they donāt fix the communication and collaboration problem.
