There is a logic to business, developing a career, education, innovation, and creativity.
Right?
What I mean is that there is a set of generally accepted rules. If you follow those rules — okay, and you don’t fall off the rails too much, meaning that you stay within mostly accepted norms and values of behavior —, then you should be successful.
If you follow the good way, then success should follow… because that’s what everyone is doing. I mean, look around you; everyone can’t have got it wrong, can they?
Well, that’s the problem… a big concern, actually, is that the typically accepted principles of creating success — and you are not going to like this —, end up doing the reverse.
No way!
Yup. Little do leaders, executives, educators, all of you out there that follow the commonly accepted norms, know… you end up inadvertently sinking your own boat.
