About Us
Our lead writer, Toby Coop, is an award-winning video game publisher for business and a thought leader focused on empowering teams to meet the challenges of disruptive technologies. As the skipper of Disruptive Learning Solutions, Toby pioneers the use of video games to enhance leadership, teamwork, and power skills through innovative pedagogy. He co-founded Strategic Teams Academy, the first video game-based learning platform for teams, and has a background in sales, ERP, executive coaching, and consulting. Toby is also the author of Empower Teams: Creating Sustainable Competitive Advantage.
By age 28, Phil Yeoman was an elected Councillor and Deputy Leader of a London Borough, later becoming a Ministerial Adviser and Head of Policy for a Financial Regulator. He transitioned into data and technology, serving as Head of Data for major UK organizations and Group Chief Data Officer for a leading pension investment firm. He is now focused on bringing this experience to the world of team and leadership coaching.
